MUYUNA LODGE

It is located in the Amazon jungle of Peru, 140 miles by boat from Iquitos city. The lodge was built with local ecological materials, with unique design and atmosphere. It has neat and clean cabins for each two people constructed over stilts, which can accommodate up to 48 people, have spacious private bathrooms, are illuminated with kerosene lamps, protected by screens against mosquitos and a closet.
This lodge offers enough facilities to stay in the jungle, not recommended for people used to traditional amenities such as hot water showers or cable TV; on the other hand this hostel is a retreat that offers comfort without frills. Each of the bungalows has a private terrace overlooking the river, to enjoy the flora, fauna and beautiful sunsets.
